Internal Spray Cork

Reduce Heating Bills: Cork is naturally filled with air pockets (a honeycomb structure), creating a thermal barrier to keep heat in and cold out, typically improving energy efficiency and reducing heat loss by up to 35%.

Crack Resistant: Because cork is naturally elastic, the spray coating can stretch and flex with the natural movement of your building, preventing the unsightly hairline cracks common in cement or stucco.

Zero Colour Fade: The pigment is infused into the resin and cork mixture rather than just painted on top, offering high UV resistance so the facade retains its color without bleaching in the sun.

Fire Resistant: Cork is naturally fire-retardant; it carbonizes rather than catching flame and does not release toxic fumes, earning it a high fire safety classification (often Class B).

Natural & Sustainable: Harvested from the bark of the Cork Oak tree without felling the tree (the bark grows back), making it one of the most eco-friendly and renewable construction materials available.

Prevent Mould & Damp: Spray cork is breathable; it allows moisture vapour inside the home to pass through the walls and escape, preventing condensation buildup while still repelling exterior rainwater.

Flexible and Durable: The mixture of cork granules and flexible resins creates a tough "skin" for the building that resists impacts and weather erosion for decades.

Resistant to Salt Air: Unlike traditional renders which can degrade or spall near the ocean, cork is naturally resistant to saline corrosion, making it ideal for coastal properties.

Good Sound Insulation: The cellular structure of cork is excellent at absorbing vibrations, acting as an acoustic dampener that can reduce external noise (like road traffic) by up to 38 decibels.

Easy Repairable: In the rare event of damage, small sections can be patch-sprayed seamlessly to blend with the surrounding texture, avoiding the need to re-render the entire wall.
